We know that 100% of 346 is, well, just 346.**Step 2:**If 100% of 346 is 346, then we can get 1% of 346 by dividing it by 100. Let's do 346 / 100. This is equal to 3.46. Now we know that 1% is 3.46.**Step 3:**Now that we know what 1% of 346 is, we just need to multiply it by 1 to get our solution! 3.46 times 1 = 3.46. That's all there is to it!
